Wood Pellets

Our wood pellets are made from 100% pure, wood sawdust which is a by-product of the forestry industry. Manufacturing wood sawdust into wood pellets is simple and sustainable. We compress the sawdust and wood particles at such a rate that natural lignin is excreted and bonds the loose fiber into wood pellets. The result is a modern, cost-effective renewable heating alternative that is ideal for people, animals, and the planet.

EcoPellets Pellet Fuel has a high combustion efficiency and low ash to ensure a clean burn with high heat. They can be used in heaters made specifically for wood pellets, or in traditional fireplaces with a pellet basket or holder. Our wood pellets’ high combustion efficiency also makes them perfect for wood pellets based hydronic heating system.

EcoPellets Pellet Fuel is a premium quality wood pellets product, creating great value for money compared to other heating methods. Our wood pellets include 100% softwood, 100% hardwood, and 50/50 blend.

Ecopellets Tasmania only uses raw materials from internationally approved plantations to ensure environmentally sustainable forest management.

Manufacturing wood pellets is not just about creating a useful product, but also about reducing waste and promoting more efficient use of our timber resources. EcoPelle wood pellets are created from waste products produced as a by-product of the harvest and sawmill process of plantation timber. These waste products were typically either burned or left in piles for years, but when turned into EcoPellets, they offer an affordable, environmentally friendly alternative for heating, equine bedding, and cat litter.
